Massimo Furlan was born in Mirano in 1969 and graduated in architecture from the University of Architecture in Venice. After completing his studies, he undertook research work, winning a scholarship from the CNR, as part of the project to
recover abandoned industrial areas. Later, he began his professional activity, collaborating with design companies and architectural firms in Venice and Milan. In 2003, he was one of the founders of the AI PROGETTI company, where he is currently a partner and director. His work has always ranged between the different disciplines of the project, from the conception and feasibility phase to the executive phase, dealing, in the case of complex projects or concerning protected assets, with the management of multidisciplinary aspects, with the coordination of specialised services, the relationship with institutions and the management of the works.
