The Descriptive Report accompanies the Executive Project for the completion of work on the construction of an Integrated Medicine Group at a building located at 17-sub12 Murano Street, Spinea (VE). The building already houses a residence for the elderly on the second floor, a dental office and public offices on the second floor, and a pharmacy and additional public offices on the ground floor.
Planned interventions include the construction of medical offices, a meeting room, an infirmary, locker rooms, and private and assistedliving facilities through the construction of interior partitions, false ceilings, flooring, and interior mechanical and electrical systems.
The project complies with building and sanitation regulations, preventing fire and eliminating architectural barriers. The descriptive and technical information of the project is detailed in the report, technical reports and graphic annexes.

In the building unit, access is through a fire door from the stairwell, leading to two separate areas: one for Group Medicine and the other for pediatric offices. The former includes 7 medical offices, a meeting room, an infirmary, staff locker rooms, a waiting room, and restrooms for patients, including those with disabilities.
The pediatrics area includes 2 offices, waiting room, and toilets. The planned work involves tracks in the screed for plumbing, interior partitions, counterwalls, flooring, finishes, fixed furniture, glazed walls, electrical system, data networks, ventilation and air conditioning connected to the condominium system.
